ARE develops commercial properties built primarily on own land banks, which houses multiple Indian and international companies across different cities. The properties adhere to the highest safety standards and offer the most contemporary amenities. Apeejay House is one such brand under this segment, which is operational in Kolkata, Mumbai and Chennai. The others include, the Park Mansion and Apeejay Zyphr in Kolkata, Apeejay Technopark in New Delhi and Apeejay Express in Navi Mumbai.
Strategically located parks, developed, and operated by ARE, offer maximum connectivity to a large customer base to accelerate business growth. The four expansive properties across Kolkata, Haldia, Bhubaneshwar and Faridabad with facilities and technology-enabled solutions provide greater flexibility, scalability and visibility to clients’ businesses. These parks offer ready-to-move single-storeyed, multi-storeyed and built-to-suit space for clients across industrial e-commerce and logistics sector.
The Apeejay Business Centres division develops readymade and bespoke work and co-working spaces, which operate as Apeejay Business Centres (ABC). Designed to incubate a diverse range of business formats, from start-ups to multinational companies, ABCs offer fully furnished plug-n-play workspaces, offering flexible and cost-effective solutions. Established in 1998, ABCs are operational in New Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Vashi and Pune.
Apeejay Real Estate brings together the expertise of business sensibilities with sustainable growth, acting as the nucleus of Apeejay’s growing Retail presence. The Retail arm is on an expansion mode with existing businesses, expanding footprint through its franchisee channels. The division offers premium luxury hotels across major cities in India, which are functional under the Apeejay Group’s hospitality vertical. The country’s first chain of luxury boutique hotels, the Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited developed by ARE, has been offering unmatched personalised experiences to discerning customers for over 50 years now. Another concept from the house of Apeejay is Zone by The Park Kolkata, which moves away from the conventional to create a boutique hospitality experience The properties under The Park also house F&B outlets, nightclubs and spas.
ARE is also functional in the residential segment and has developed some of the most contemporary residential properties across Kolkata and Mumbai. The aesthetically-designed, luxury properties have been developed across premium locations. They are equipped with contemporary facilities. ARE is actively working to expand its portfolio in this particular segment.
Enabling a holistic educational infrastructure and keeping sustainability at the forefront, ARE built the Apeejay Schools as a value proposition to the communities that the Group endeavours to serve. With four schools across Kolkata, Bhubaneshwar and Haldia, ARE plans to expand its presence in the sector. ARE also designed and developed the Apeejay Institute of Hospitality within the premises of The Park, Navi Mumbai. Over the years ARE also designed and conceptualised multiple Apeejay Anand Children’s Libraries across India, stimulating learning stations for underprivileged children.
As an organiser of annual events like Apeejay Kolkata Literary Festival and Apeejay Bangla Sahityo Utsav, ARE attempts to provide a dedicated space for intellectual discussions and promote inter-disciplinary exchange of ideas.
